Supportive Transport
Help with travelling to health and social care appointments
If you feel stressed or anxious about attending your pre-arranged appointments, or you live far away from the service you need to attend, our Supportive Transport service can help you get there.
We can further help you maintain your treatment and care plan without worrying about the travel costs.
Our friendly volunteer drivers can further help you feel more at ease if you need to access other services such as:
counselling and support groups.
collecting a prescription from the pharmacy.
welfare rights appointments to help you become clearer about what benefits you can claim.
This means you can attend appointments that help improve your mental health and overall wellbeing.
Our team is highly skilled at planning and arranging lifts to appointments and services. For your peace of mind, you'll receive regular reminders from us if you're booked in for our Supportive Transport service to ensure peace of mind.
“Thank you for all the pick ups your team has done for me. I appreciate it a lot. You have made this so seamless ‘cause it isn’t easy when you’re a person dealing with social anxiety.”
