Fundraising and Communications Officer vacancy

Positive Help provides practical support to adults and children affected by HIV and Hepatitis C in Edinburgh and the Lothians.  Now in its 30th year there are exciting times ahead as our organisation develops its strategy for the future of supporting our community and being recognised for contributing to reducing the transmission rates in the Lothians. Treatments for both HIV and Hepatitis C have changed dramatically over the years and we are now at a time when we can see a future free of Hepatitis C and reduced HIV. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised Fundraiser and Communications Officer to join us.

You will have experience of generating income from grants and fundraising within the third sector and looking to join a dynamic team. You will be able to maximise opportunities for promoting the charity and build links with potential corporate supporters and other stakeholders.

The role is part-time for 21 hours per week. We can offer flexible hours to fit with other commitments/school hours, 25 days holidays as well as 10 days public holidays and 6% pension contribution.
